What the included cover does
Accident contribution
A fault accident or damage requiring an insurance claim carries a THB 5,000 charge per accident. A repair below that amount is charged at actual cost plus THB 1,000 administration. A verified other-party-fault accident is treated differently under the policy.
Windscreen and tyres
These are excluded from the free cover. Optional protection is listed at THB 300 per month, or per rental under a month. Without it, the website lists THB 1,200 for a small chip, THB 5,000 for cracked glass and the cost of a replacement tyre.
Limits on use
Exclusions include an unnamed driver, impairment, racing, reckless damage and unformed roads such as beaches. Cover also depends on remaining within the agreed rental term. The operator says towing, salvage and loss of rental income are not separately charged under its stated cover.

What does the company need to assess my driving documents?
Its licence page says insured drivers must be over 21, and the reservation form asks the licence country and whether a full licence has been held for over three years. Send the actual licence and residency situation for acceptance; the operator’s requirements should not be treated as a complete statement of Thai driving law.
Is a longer journey covered by the standard short-term rate?
The quoted standard range is Bangkok to Chumphon. Tell the company about trips beyond that area so it can price the journey; the website says its long-term rentals do not have the same area restriction.
How is a late return charged?
One rental day is 24 hours. Extra time is charged at no less than THB 100 per hour, and more than five extra hours becomes a full day. Agree the exact collection time in the confirmation.
Can a car be delivered before the normal handover window?
The website describes advance delivery to accommodation with suitable parking, leaving the keys with reception. Full rent and the deposit must be paid before that arrangement; confirm it with the company rather than assuming it is available.
