About Villa Thalias
Villa Thalias is a whole-property retreat at 520 Orchid Paradise Homes,615/23 Hin Lek Fai. It accommodates up to eight adults in four ensuite bedrooms named Emerald, Aurora, Lotus and Coral. The operator lists king beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and projectors; Coral includes an indoor pool, alongside the villa’s outdoor pool and rooftop area. Guests must be 18 or older. Pets and parties are not permitted. Standard arrival is 15:00 and checkout 11:00. The August 2026 house rules require aTHB 10000 cash security deposit. ATHB 2000 final cleaning fee is deducted per stay, plus any applicable damage or service charges. Arrival or departure outside 08:00–19:00 can incurTHB 800, subject to arrangement. Daily housekeeping is included for two hours, normally 10:00–12:00. Direct-booking cancellation terms give a full refund more than 45 days before arrival,50% at 14–45 days and no refund below 14 days or for no-shows. Payment and written confirmation are required. Optional transfers, rental arrangements and in-villa massage are additional services. Deposit deductions
The final cleaning charge and any applicable damage or out-of-hours fee are deducted before the deposit balance is returned after inspection.
