The villa has a private saltwater swimming pool with a water slide and waterfall, a kitchen, an air-conditioned living area and a covered outdoor dining space. Entertainment includes a snooker or billiards table, karaoke and a large smart television. Access to a communal residential pool is also advertised, but the operator says that it does not maintain that pool and it may sometimes be unavailable. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. The provider lists a THB 30,000 security deposit at check-in and electricity charged by actual consumption, while water is included.
